Siegerrebe is a German white wine, with hues of honey blonde to light straw which appear golden-yellow in color. Siegerrebe has a layered aroma, a blend of rose petals, spices and grapefruit with hints of tangerine. This varietal tends to be low in acidic content. Its flavour is close to that of Gewürztraminer.
Siegerrebe pairs well with: Light Curry dishes, Chicken, Seafood, Cheese
Gewurztraminer is an off-dry white wine, with a high natural sugar content. But because of the heightened aromatics, higher alcohol, and lower acidity, many Gewürz taste sweeter than they actually are. Gewurztraminer shares the same aroma compounds as lychees, with undertones of passion fruit, honey, roses, and other florals.
Gewurztraminer pairs well with: Duck, soft cheese, dried fruit, spicy dishes.
Pinot Gris is a golden yellow, medium bodied wine; with a yellow copper like color. It has notes of citrus, green apple and nectarine; and aromas of pear, apple, and melon. The word pinot is french for pine cone.
Pinot Gris pairs well with: Fresh fruit, fish, pasta
The Ortega grape originates in Germany and is a hybrid crossing of the Siegerrebe with the Müller-Thurgau. It has a rich, flowery, peach like taste with a naturally high sugar content and low acidity. Ortega is a smooth, versatile wine that not only makes a great Summer wine, but is a treat on the palette all year round.
Ortega pairs well with: Freshwater Fish, Spicy Dishes, Pork, Asian Cuisine
Viognier is a full-bodied wine with a lush, soft character. Viognier has high notes of Peach, Apricot and Nectarine; with a finish of baking spices that linger on the palette. Complimented by natural, floral aromatics that include notes of Peach, Pears, Violets and Orange Blossoms.
Viognier pairs well with: Seafood, cheese, fruit dishes
Late Harvest Siegerrebe is our Siegerrebe that was left on the vines after the usual harvest date, processed in a cooler climate, and left on the skins. Bringing out sweeter and fruitier characteristics, along with a light blush. Flavors of citrus fruit, mango and berries.

Rosé, also know as “Blush”, is a blend of both red and white wine, and is also one of the oldest known types of wine. Our Rosé is a mellow blend with high notes of strawberry and cherry, with citrus undertones. Best served chilled, Rosé is a wine that is suited well for Spring and Summer.
Rosé pairs well with: Red Meat, Chicken, Fruit, and the Beach
Wild Rose is a more full bodied Rosé, with a dark rose hue. Picked in a cooler climate which gives it soft tannins, stronger aromas, and lighter acidity. Wild Rose has robust flavors of raspberry, blueberry and plum. With aromas of Cherry, Currents and Pepper.
Wild Rose pairs well with: Roasted Meat, Tomato Based Pasta, Italian dishes
Okanagan Sweet Cru, a sweet house blend of multiple wines with a full, dark body. High notes of raspberries and fresh fruit. With lingering tastes of spices and sweet jam. An elegant way to enjoy a summers night.

Cabernet Franc is a medium bodied, ruby colored, fruity red wine. It has been left on the vine after the usual harvest date; This creates a more mature, complex and concentrated flavor. Cabernet Franc has hints of succulent cherry, red current and blackberry. With lingering tastes of dried fruits and herbs that leaves a sweetness on the palette.

Pinot Noir is a medium bodied wine; With flavors that include, black cherry, gooseberry, and currant. And aromas of earth, french oak, smoke and tobacco. Medium in acidity, and low tannins.

Marechal Foch is a deep, red wine, originating from France. Foch is known for its complex taste, and has notes of black cherry, blackberry, plum and spice. With a rich oak, earthy finish and an almost ink-like gleam. This wine is a great, classy edition to your dinner table.

Sex in a Bottle is a mellow blend of red wines with a full, rich, ruby colored body. Notes of black cherries and blackberries, with lingering notes of caramel and chocolate. A nice wine to enjoy with some great company.

Our Dessert Wine is made by waiting until an early fall morning, and picking Siegerrebe grapes at minus four degrees celsius to ensure a high natural sugar concentration, but keeping it lighter than an Ice Wine. And while tradional Siegerrebe is pressed and stored immediatly, we left ours on the skins for seven days to give it a light red hue. This process brings out aromatic bouqets that only Siegerrebe offers. And a sweet taste with very low acidity.
