Siegerrebe Dessert Wine

Our Dessert Wine is made by waiting until an early fall morning, and picking Siegerrebe grapes at minus four degrees celsius to ensure a high natural sugar concentration, but keeping it lighter than an Ice Wine. And while tradional Siegerrebe is pressed and stored immediatly, we left ours on the skins for seven days to give it a light red hue. This process brings out aromatic bouqets that only Siegerrebe offers. And a sweet taste with very low acidity.

Food Pairing:

Siegerrebe Dessert Wine pairs well with: Chocolate cake, fresh fruit, and other desserts

$16.95

Also comes in: Blueberry, Blackberry, Raspberry, Cherry
